After the order deposit is received, our sales team will pass all order details to the relevant departments within 24 working hours.
At this stage, a confidentiality agreement (if required) will also be signed to protect customer designs and business information.
Our technical team will complete the production drawings and technical chart within 3–4 working days, based on the confirmed product specifications.
Once the drawings are confirmed by the customer, the production team will issue a detailed production schedule within 48 working hours.
The purchasing team will place orders for raw materials and accessories within 3–4 working days after the production plan is finalized.
According to the approved drawings and order requirements, pre-production (PP) samples will be completed within 10–14 working days for customer confirmation.
After raw materials arrive and PP samples are approved, batch production will begin.
During this stage, our in-house QC team monitors the entire process to ensure product consistency and quality control standards are maintained throughout production.
Approximately 10 days before the planned shipping date, our independent QC team conducts a second, strict quality inspection and issues a quality report.
Shipment will be arranged only after 100% QC approval to ensure products meet Mantaral’s quality standards and customer requirements.
After QC approval and balance payment (if applicable) are completed, Mantaral’s logistics team will arrange shipment according to the agreed shipping method and trade terms.

Packing List
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill (after shipment)
Other required export documents if agreed in advance
Customers will be informed once the goods are shipped, and tracking or shipment details will be shared promptly to ensure full visibility of the delivery process.
