At MANTARAL, we believe that transparent communication and a predictable supply chain are just as important as the quality of the paddle boards we manufacture. To ensure your custom OEM/ODM orders are delivered on time and to exact specifications, we operate on a highly standardized 8-Step Order Fulfillment and Logistics Protocol.
Phase 1: Project Initiation & Engineering
Step 1: Deposit & NDA (Within 24 Hours): Upon receipt of the initial deposit, our project managers distribute order details to all relevant departments. A strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is countersigned to protect your proprietary designs and business intelligence.
Step 2: Technical Documentation (3-4 Work Days): Our engineering team generates precise production drawings, 3D renderings (if applicable), and a comprehensive technical chart based on your confirmed specifications.
Step 3: Production Scheduling (Within 48 Hours): Once you approve the technical blueprints, our production control team issues a firm manufacturing schedule and timeline.
Phase 2: Sourcing & Prototyping
Step 4: Material Procurement (3-4 Work Days): The purchasing department secures the specified drop-stitch cores, premium PVC, and custom accessories required for your batch.
Step 5: Pre-Production (PP) Sample (10-14 Work Days): We manufacture a physical Pre-Production prototype matching the approved tech pack. Mass production will never commence without your final confirmation of this PP sample.
Phase 3: Mass Production & Quality Control
Step 6: Batch Production: Upon PP sample approval, our high-capacity production lines begin mass manufacturing. Our in-house IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) team monitors temperature, thermo-fusion integrity, and material application daily.
Step 7: Final 100% QC (10 Days Before Shipping): An independent QC team conducts the final rigorous inspection, including the mandatory 24-hour inflation test. A comprehensive Quality Report is issued. Goods are cleared for shipment only after achieving a 100% pass rate.
Step 8: Final Shipment & Export Documentation
Once production is complete and the final balance payment is settled, the MANTARAL logistics team takes over to ensure a smooth export process.
1. Accepted Incoterms (Trade Terms)
We support flexible international shipping terms tailored to your business needs:
FOB (Free on Board): (Most Common for Bulk Orders) We cover all costs and risks to transport the goods to the designated major export port in China (e.g., Qingdao, Ningbo, or Shenzhen) and clear them for export. The buyer assumes responsibility for ocean freight and import customs.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We handle the ocean freight and marine insurance to transport the goods to your destination port.
EXW (Ex Works): For buyers who prefer to use their own forwarder to pick up goods directly from our dispatch center.
DAP/Express: Generally reserved for sample shipments or urgent accessory restocks via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
2. LCL and FCL Container Loading
FCL (Full Container Load): We highly recommend FCL (20FT, 40GP, or 40HQ containers) for the most secure transit and lowest per-unit freight cost. Our warehouse team is expertly trained in maximizing container space without damaging the packaged boards.
LCL (Less than Container Load): For smaller wholesale orders, goods will be securely palletized and shrink-wrapped to prevent damage during consolidated transit.
3. Export Documentation Provided
To ensure seamless customs clearance at your destination, we promptly provide all necessary original or telex-released documents:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill
Certificate of Origin (CO / Form A) upon request
Any other specific compliance documents agreed upon prior to production.
Tracking and Visibility
From the moment your container is sealed until it arrives at your port, our team will provide prompt vessel tracking details, keeping you fully informed of your inventory's transit status.
