We have a 14-day return request policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because many Mantaral SUP boards and accessories are customized or built-to-order, and due to the high international shipping costs associated with large sporting goods, returns are more complex than standard consumer items. We appreciate your understanding.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Free of water use, scratches, dents, or signs of outdoor use
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that have been used in water are considered used sporting equipment and cannot be returned.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved:
The item must be shipped back to our factory in China
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international freight, customs duties, taxes, and any clearance fees
We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is:
Damaged
Defective
Or you received the wrong product
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos of the issue and the packaging. We will evaluate the situation and provide a solution.
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized SUP boards
Boards produced in special colors, designs, or specifications
Used products
Clearance or sale items
As most Mantaral SUP boards are produced per order, many purchases fall under custom product classification and are therefore non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
International bank processing times may vary, and it can take up to 14 business days for the funds to appear
