Refund Policy

As a professional OEM/ODM manufacturer, MANTARAL strictly enforces a 15-Step In-House Quality Control process. Because our inflatable SUP boards and water sports equipment are custom-manufactured in bulk and shipped globally, we do not accept physical returns of goods to our facilities in China due to prohibitive international freight and customs complexities.

Instead, we operate on a strict, B2B-standard Warranty and Claim Resolution system to protect your brand and your investment. All bulk wholesale and custom OEM/ODM orders are considered final sale, subject to the warranty terms below.

1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
MANTARAL provides a standard 1-Year Limited Warranty on all inflatable paddle boards against manufacturing and workmanship defects, starting from the date of the Bill of Lading (B/L) or delivery date.

Shortages or Transit Damage (Upon Arrival)
Please inspect your bulk order immediately upon arrival at your warehouse.
If your shipment arrives with missing cartons or visible severe damage to the outer packaging (Transit Damage), you must note this on the delivery receipt and contact us within 7 business days of receiving the container. We will assist you in filing a claim with the freight forwarder or insurance company based on your chosen Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF).

How to File a Warranty Claim
If a manufacturing defect is discovered, please follow our streamlined B2B claim process. Contact us at sales@mantaral.com with the following information:

  1. Your Company Name and original Purchase Order (PO) number.

  2. The Hull Identification Number (HIN) or Batch Serial Number printed on the defective board.

  3. Clear, high-resolution photos and a short video clearly demonstrating the defect (e.g., soapy water showing a seam leak).

Claims submitted without adequate visual proof or serial numbers cannot be processed.

Claim Resolutions & Remedies
Once our engineering team reviews and approves your warranty claim, MANTARAL will provide one of the following commercial remedies:

  1. Replacement Parts: For minor issues (e.g., a faulty valve or broken fin), we will dispatch replacement parts via international air express at our cost.

  2. Credit Note: We will issue a financial credit note equivalent to the wholesale value of the defective board. This credit will be deducted directly from the balance of your next bulk order.

  3. Free Replacement in Next Container: We will manufacture a brand-new replacement unit free of charge and ship it together with your next wholesale or OEM container order.

Custom Pre-Production Samples
Please note that all custom Pre-Production (PP) samples are non-returnable and non-refundable in cash. However, as part of our partnership commitment, the sample manufacturing fee is 100% credited/deducted from your official bulk order invoice once mass production begins.
